Built for This Moment: A Letter to New Clients

Dear Creative,

Welcome. I’m so honored you’ve found your way here.

As a professional artist, author, and practitioner of Hoodoo and ancestral arts, my mission is to guide visionaries like you into a deeper connection with your creative path and spiritual power. As the founder of The Craft Career Studio™, I’ve created a signature series of offerings—career mapping, tarot consultations, personalized ritual kits, affirmations, meditations, and editorial guidance—all designed to help you thrive with both clarity and sacred alignment.

This work is not abstract to me. I’ve lived it. I’ve toured as a spoken word artist, performed on national stages, published award-winning books, and earned my place in the Recording Academy as a working poet and performer. I’ve been the writer on the couch and the one on the stage. And at every point in my journey, it was my ancestors—and my commitment to my spiritual practice—that helped me keep going.

In this era of political upheaval, spiritual disconnection, and collective fatigue, I believe we need tools that speak to the body and the soul. That’s what my work offers: grounded guidance, spiritual intimacy, and real-world strategy for artists, activists, and dreamers who are building futures that don’t yet exist.

If you are able to invest in this journey now, I welcome you to choose one of the paid options available here. For those navigating financial hardship, I’ll be opening an application for scholarships and fellowships in the coming days. This work is for us all—and I’m doing my part to keep the door open.

Let’s begin.

In Power,

Faylita Hicks
